Rick Billings was awarded the Personal Development award because he dedicates his time to helping others acquire and develop their own personal development skills. Through his ARIIX Business Opportunity webinars, personal consultation with Representatives, brainstorming, and assistance with technical skills, Mr. Billings has helped many Representatives gain interpersonal skills, hone their presenting skills, and develop greater self-confidence.

Jack Zhang was awarded the Personal Development award because he cultivated a fast growing team by staying personally involved in constructing a training system for his team. Mr. Zhang takes a humorous and wonderful approach in his training, which he uses to help his team to develop comprehensive skills in information technology communication and to hone their professional skills.

Heshie Segal was awarded the Generous Heart award because she gives generously of her time to other ARIIX Representatives to help them develop their businesses. She does this through personal consultations, team calls, role playing, and creative brainstorming. Mrs. Segal has also started the non-profit “Kids Better World” and donates clothing and school supplies to orphans in Africa. She has made multiple visits to Africa and works closely with the orphanages there to bring clean water, supplies, clothing, and more to those in need.

Helen Li was awarded the Strong Finances award because even though in the beginning of her business she didn’t earn much money, she supported her team through difficulties and good times by repeatedly returning to China to train and help them. This dedication and persistence also helped her achieve her own financial stability.
